Dear Parents/Carers, A lot has been happening this week in school with: visits to the Health & Well Being festival, induction visits for our new September Reception children, First Aid training for our Year 6 pupils, visits to Isca and St Luke’s for our Year 6 pupils and visits around Exeter for Sequoia class. The next few weeks look just as busy so please check your school calendar to ensure that you don’t miss any events coming up.
Dear Parents/Carers, As parents are aware, Jo Kingscott will be leaving us to go on Maternity leave next Wednesday, 21st June consequently Cherry Class reports are going out to parents today. If any parents would like to discuss their child’s report with Jo before she leaves she will be available on Monday or Wednesday afternoons.
Dear Parents/Carers, Many thanks to all of the parents who came along to the KS2 Sports afternoon on Wednesday. We were yet again extremely lucky with the weather, as although there were dark clouds looming we managed to get to the end of the afternoon without rain.
Dear Parents/Carers, Our Year 5/6 pupils have just returned from their residential visit on Dartmoor and they have had a wonderful time. Many thanks to our staff who attended the residential this year; Hannah Bowen, Kerry Bailey and Caroline Hughes-Jones.
Dear Parents/Carers, Thank you to all of our parents and grandparents who came along to our May Day celebrations last Friday. We were incredibly lucky with the weather and the children all danced and performed beautifully.
Dear Parents/Carers, By the time you read this newsletter our ‘May Day’ celebrations will have been and gone. The rehearsal went very well yesterday so we look forward to sharing our dances with parents and grandparents this afternoon.
Dear Parents/Carers, Another busy week, with preparations now well underway for the ‘May Day’ celebrations next Friday afternoon. We hope that parents and grandparents will be able to come along to our unique annual event which will start at 2pm as long as the weather is dry.
Dear Parents/Carers, We hope that you all enjoyed the Easter holiday break and it is lovely to see all of our pupils back so enthusiastic to begin the summer term. We will be sending out the dates for the Summer term shortly, but we did send home a yearly overview of events way back in the Autumn Term which parents can refer to.

Dear Parents/Carers, Congratulations to Elm class for a brilliant assembly this morning and thank you to the parents who were able to join us. The children spoke beautifully and with great confidence, so well done to them all for working so well as a team.
